A great I.P.A.!

When I first tasted the I.P.A. from my Twelve Beers of Christmas gift pack, I thought that this was one of the best india pale ales that I have ever had. Not long after, I was told by a friend (Jason Noyes) that he thought that the Brooklyn Brewing Company's india pale ale was much better than Saranac's I.P.A. Two months later I visited the brewery and was justified in learning that Saranac contract brews the I.P.A. for The Brooklyn Brewing Company.

Saranac's I.P.A. has a pleasant, hoppy flavor with a medium body. This beer is an excellent example of a perfectly brewed india pale ale. India pale ales go great with any type of beef meal and chicken wings.
