The first time I tried this Savon Deluxe French Milled Soap happened several years ago. It was a freebie added to an order from drugstore.com. I liked it from the very first time I tried it, but soon after, they stopped selling it! Naturally. That’s some sort of unwritten rule when it comes to our favorite products. But recently, they started selling it again, so I am slowly stocking up. Read on to find out more about an addictive bar soap that’ll add a bit of luxurious lather to your shower.
~~~The Bar Soap~~~
Over time, it seems that the more expensive body washes and shower gels have mostly replaced the generally less expensive bar soaps as preferred personal care cleansers. At least this appears to be the case when you look at all the brands to choose from on store shelves. Advertised to be an “authentic spa quality personal care” product, this Savon Deluxe French Milled Soap is designed to be “naturally moisturizing, exfoliating & soothing” and is neither tested on animals nor contains animal products. The words “luxury” and “bar soap” usually aren’t used in the same sentence, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this soap. I got the yummy almond & oatmeal version made from a “vegetable base of Palm, Coconut, and Glycerin enriched with Shea Butter” perfect for all skin types, even sensitive to dry. And the oatmeal naturally exfoliates, useful in scrubbing away dirt and dead skin.

Surprisingly inexpensive for around $2 on sale for two 4.2 ounce bars, I purchase this Savon Deluxe French Milled Soap online at drugstore.com. It’s the only place I’ve seen it as local stores don’t carry it. I highly doubt that I would have bought this soap had I not received the freebies first as I’d honestly never heard of this brand before. But I was hooked instantly! The scent is very pleasant and there’s tons of lather (a requirement for me), so it definitely gives regular body washes a run for the money.

Each pale almond colored bar of this Savon Deluxe French Milled Soap is individually wrapped and is packaged in a clear plastic box. I lather up the shower and then enjoy the cleansing bubbles along with the Shea Butter scent. It rinses clean away without leaving any sort of greasy residue behind like some other moisturizing bathing products do. My skin feels, soft, smooth, and most important, truly clean. And each bar lasts several weeks (its slowly milled three or more times to make it long-lasting), making this a very simple yet economic personal care item for me.

Get this Savon Deluxe French Milled Soap now if you believe that an inexpensive bar soap can provide that extra bit of pampering you normally get from the more pricey body washes and/or shower gels. I know I’m sold and highly recommend this . But don’t just take my word for it. Five stars!
