The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this bicycle to anyone who is just wanting to get around town or get in shape. It is very cost effective and durable.

I just recently purchased the Mesa and have to say that I am quite pleased with my bike. I come from a Specialized background, and purchased the Mesa to just ride around town and to get back in shape. The cost of this bike is perfect for the above situation. I love the shifting system and quick release parts. I was able to add quite a bit of additional parts to my bike with little problem. My only complaint is that because of the frame, I am not able to use a standard water bottle. It does not fit between the pedals and seat as it does on most bikes. This is a perfect bicycle for a beginner or someone who wants just to get back in shape. I have used it both on the road and off road. It is very comfortable and durable.
