We moved into our new home in April of 2008. We had not purchased a mattress in over 20 years. Of course I wanted the new plush, thick mattress that is currently popular. We went to our local furniture store, tried out all of the mattresses they had on display and purchased the one we felt was most comfortable. Sihnce it had been so many years since we purchased a mattress we had no idea we should thoroughly investigate before we purchased our new mattress. Almost immediately we noticed indentations where we slept and it came up in the middle. A furniture store representative came out and throught there might be a defect in our mattress. Our mattress was replaced. The same thing started to happen. Furniture store representative again came out and actually laid on the bed. They again said our mattress should be replaced. It is now October 2008 and we are ready to get our second mattress replaced. I am asking for a refund, just waiting to see what Sealy decides to do. In talking with other people in our community about this problem a neighbor told me she has the same problem but did not get a replacement because the salesman told her it was a problem everyone was having. Our store has been wonderful but I think the public should be aware that there is a problem, Sealy is aware as are the retailers.
