What nobody tells you when you buy this thing is that if your sleep number is low (what is low varies for different people but I would say below 60 or so) the air chamber is so deflated that you practically have to climb out of the bed or re-inflate it enough so you are not left climbing out of the crater it creates. Thinking back on my experience with these beds at little Mall store I remember getting on the bed, having the salesperson lower the number to what I thought was right and then, before I got out, he/she demonstrated how you could easily change the setting (i.e., they re-inflated it so I wouldn't realize this is a problem. I do not recommend this bed. My wife and I had it for the free 30-day trial and sent it back within a week or so after we could stand it no more.
