My husband and I got suckered into buying one of these mattresses at the mall when we went shopping for a new bed. It was very comfortable at first, and we both found our "numbers" very quickly. As time passed, I started noticing lower back pain, which I thought couldn't be the bed. I also started noticing that the bed had a worn look to it right in the middle. We would put both sides on 100 after getting up in the morning, but the bed would still appear old and worn when made. I was a 35 from the start but after the initial signs of morning back pain, I started raising the number. I would end up on my side and my hip would be completely numb and sore from the pressure. I called the customer service line and they explained that this was normal wear and tear and they couldn't anything about this. They sent me a guide to try to help me find my number, and I followed everything for about 2 weeks. The lower back pain and numbing of the hips persisted. I called back and they tried to sell me a new foam pad for nearly $1000 when I've already paid $3000 for the mattress. I didn't pursue it any further. My husband and I moved to the guest bedroom two nights ago where our guest bedroom is, and haven't this good in years. Please don't buy this mattress.
