Pros: sound quality, comfort, long cord, light weight, price.
Cons: I guess the balls could wear out from removing the ear-pads enough times.
The Bottom Line: Buy them. Especially if you can get them used for a better price. They are great for travel by breaking down into pieces. For the price, I couldn't be happier.

I got these for my birthday last month and was very pleased with them when I used them.
First thing that's really cool about them is the 3.5mm stereo jack comes with a 6.3mm (1/4in.) stereo adapter, and the cable is really long at about 10 ft. I'd say. The cable is a highly conductive OFC copper cable, detachable, from the phones themselves, with mono connectors on the phones-end (that are smaller than the 1/8in. connector), so in essence it's a y cord so you could use it for other purposes if you were in a pinch.
The quality is excellent, with a freq. response of 12-19K. These are closed, supra-aural, dynamic hi-fi stereo headphones, and they have a good attenuation of ambient noise. They produce high levels, and powerful, low, bass response due to a lightweight diaphragm used. The diaphragm is not only lightweight, but very thin for precise trebles. They also have a well defined mid-band. Sennheiser describes them as having "a balanced sound image with a slight emphasis on the bass response". They also give the characteristics of a Sound Pressure Level less than 112 dB (@ 1kHz, 1V rms.), and a Total Harmonic Distortion less than .2%. All I know is they sound really good.
They are very lightweight too (approx. 130g) and very comfortable. The ear-cups are detachable so they're very versatile, with replaceable leatherette ear-pads.
I can't say enough about these headphones. They sound awesome and are really comfortable and versatile, and for a great price. Highly recommended.
