Senor Big Ed's is a combined Mexican and Puerto Rican restaurant offering either sit down or take-out dining. While I myself have only tried the Mexican offerings yet, apparently the Puerto Rican menu is completely different but also great. I love their vegetarian burrito. They have the normal beans, rice and cheese, but then they actually add other ingredients, such as lettuce, onions, tomato and guacamole. It is excellent, and only costs about $3. That is a dollar or two lower than I would imagine for food of that quantity and quality. Other people I know have also enjoyed their other offerings, such as their beef burritos. The restaurant is clean and well-appointed, and there are always other patrons in the dining room or ordering take-out. The restaurant has been in business for at least 20 years, and I hope it will continue for at least 20 more.
