I have very sensitive teeth. I had a bridge put in about a year ago and both the teeth on each side are still sensitive. I found that they are sensitive when I drink or eat something cold, hot, acids, sweets and sometimes just breathing in cool air. One night I was sick and gritting my teeth in my sleep. Ouch! I chipped my tooth. I hate going to the dentist! I called the Dentist. They suggested that if it was just a small chip, I could use Pronamel to see if it would help.

I was more than happy to try anything as long as I did not have to go to the dentist. I purchased a tube of Sensodyne Pronamel for daily anti-cavity fluoride toothpaste for sensitive teeth. It hardens enamel while protecting teeth against the affects of acid wear from wine, fruit and soda acids. It protects by building increasing protection against painful sensitive teeth. I have been using it for about 6 weeks now with glowing results. My chip is not rough any more. It works well on sensitive teeth as well.
I no longer dread going to the dentist for a chipped tooth. I am very pleased with the results of the sensodyne ProNamel toothpaste. I used the Mint Essence flavor acid protection formula.
