My son received this gift from us this past Christmas. Actually Christmas eve we were at the checkout and this was laying on the shelf. So we thought it was cute.
My son loves Elmo, anything that is Elmo is a hit with him. So we knew he'd enjoy this toy. Okay, what it is is a little toy that can fir into your child's lap. If you press the horn, Elmo says beep beep coming through.Then there are other buttons you can push for different Sesame Street characters, another one says Driving is fun.
One of the things I love about this toy is that the words are said in a way my son can repeat them. They are real simple words and he has repeated them before. I think it helps since he does love Elmo so much, he wants to repeat what Elmo is saying. This toy is not annoying like a lot of toys out there, its very cute and I don't minding hearing it over and over.Another good thing about this toy is that my son can pretend to drive. He loves getting in the real driving seat and so this is a great pretend play for him.
My son is still interested in this toy, he has had about 2 months with this toy and still plays with it on a daily basis. It is a good learning and teaching toy.It has really helped and encouraged my son to talk.
