I love Kermit the Frog and always have, so I was delighted when I received the talking Kermit for Christmas. He's cute as can be and not annoying like some electronic toys, because you have to squeeze his foot, hand, or stomach to make him talk and sing. I love to hold his mouth shut when he's singing and listen to him hum away!

I have not "tested" my Kermit on my first-graders yet, but I think this toy is fun for Muppet lovers of all ages. He's also soft and cuddly, just like the "real" Kermit, and thus far seems to be pretty durable. I'm not sure how long this toy would hold a very young child's interest, but in my experience anything that sings can keep them entertained for awhile. Even when the kids do lose interest, Kermit is a great collectable keepsake.
