Pros:strong, truly cloth-like, great for sensitive skin
Cons:a bit more expensive with fewer to a box than most wipes
The Bottom Line: I am going to switch exclusively to these wipes. They are an excellent baby wipe, especially for sensitive skin!
My son had no diaper rash trouble, so I figured I had great techniques for preventing it. I now have a 4-week old and have been fighting diaper rash pretty much since she was born. I have tried different creams, different diapers, letting her be naked for days on end, but I have come to the conclusion that it is the "natural, alcohol-free" wipes I have used that are typically sold in the stores.

I ran out of the usual brand I use, and opened a box of 7th generation wipes that I received as a gift. At first, I thought, "this wipe is so thin and soft, it has little integrity". I was wrong! They are very strong, and almost cloth-like. Since they are thin and super-soft, they don't aggravate already-aggravated skin. My daughter didn't flinch or cry out, even as I used the wipes (with the same force as my usual brand) on her angry red skin. They are warmer than my usual brand, too. With three days of using these 7th gen. wipes, her little bottom totally cleared up and stayed that way!!!
I then tried to use my usual wipes for a day, and her bottom started to get red again. I switched back immediately and things are fine now. She must have sensitive skin and I think the 7th generation wipes are fantastic for her!
They are a little bit more expensive, even in bulk, but if it can keep her comfortable and prevent diaper rash, it's worth it!
