Pros:cheap, easy, fun
Cons:can be heavy and not easily repaired
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this if you have limited funds to buy a boat. THis gets you out and fishing in no time.
We bought the 360 and have used it about 6 times now. The boat boot is not a real help. Anything big enough to do any damage to the boat is not going to be stopped by the boot. Get or make a floor board!! If you add a floor board, seats, battery, trolling motor, etc you WILL have to trailer the boat. It becomes too heavy to lift onto the top of your SUV. You can learn to launch it just like any other boat and load it back up too. Watch out for anything sharp while laoding and unloading. It is easy to puncture, especially since the boat boot actually holds some water and this makes it very heavy. We love the boat so far, but you can sink alot of money into it before you know it. We added lights, trolling motor and battery, fish finder, floor board and seats. This is a big boat but there is very little room after all that goes in. There is NO WAY you will get 6 people in it. 2 people with gear is about all the room you have. It is great for calm lakes and easy to maneuver in the water. Comfy for all day fishing. Night fishing in it becomes difficult, especially if you are not familiar with the body of water your in. The boat has room for tackle boxes and such but it is limited and becomes a task to find floor space for things at night even with a lantern. We found it cumbersome at night due to this limited space. The boat will deflate slightly if it is a warm day when you filled it and the water cools off. We thought we had a pinhole leak but after further thought, we realized that the air filled chambers expand and contract depending on air temp/water temp. Get some typed of blower to fill the boat or else you will be blowing it up forever. If you add the trolling motor, get a bigger one than the manufacturer calls for. We got a 46lb thrust trolling motor. Its perfect. The clips on the side of the boat holds nets and such but they easily pop open especially when you launch the boat or load it. There is no stoppers in the valves, so when you are filling the boat with air and remove the hose, be prepared to quickly close the valves or else it deflates in about 8 seconds. You need to remember once you get the floor board in, that covers the valve to inflate the floor. so do it first. We tried it without a floor board and its awful. There is not alot of stability without the hard floor board. We built a floorboard and it works best if you barely inflate the floor chamber then insert the board. There is more stability with the floorboard and without inflating that chamber. If you add a motor, even trolling, you will have to register the boat with your local wildlife people. We also added legal lights for visibilty at night.
