Cons:Turntable support does not fit motor shaft, and it takes longer to cook anything.
After having it for about a week, I baked a banana bread loaf...using convection. It caught on fire, and smoked out the entire house. The store where I bought it fixed it, but it has never worked right. You have too cook things longer than recipe says. Like coffee takes two minutes to warm instead of one. Also, each time in use, it slips off of the turntable motor shaft. It doesn't fit at all. Maybe it has the wrong turntable support as it only fits into two of the three slots. It now shoots sparks out when in use and smells like something burning again. I bought one of the very first Sharp microwaves way back in the 1950's and it was fine. It lasted forever. This one, I have had two years and we are going to throw it out and buy a different brand again. It is model R-930AW-P. My husband and myself hate it. It is very nice looking but we are so disappointed in it's performance. It is seldom used.
