I was very surprised to find the other two reviews outlining EXACTLY the same problem I have had. It worked beautifully for a short time, and then stopped printing. The panel warning says there is a paper-jam, when there is none. In fact, the paper will feed, but stop short of the print head area, as though the gears to not advance any further. I have always used a quality paper and have kept the unit in optimal temeperature and humidy conditions. There was no reason for this to happen, except for shoddy workmanship. It's a disappointment because I have always valued Sharp products. A waste of money. And another warning - it's expensive to replace the film.
