Hi Kath! Oh, goodie. I hope the kids get a kick out of the two books, and isn't it great that you were able to check them out before Halloween. I have like 15 Halloween books to review, but probably will run out of time before the holiday. Your kids are 2 and 5 right? I'll e-mail you a list of some of my favorites appropriate for the age group.

Ya, the front cover might be a tiny bit scary for the little ones, but when you put it into context, it's not. My son was 2 when I purchased this book, and he was never scared, but of course each child is different. Let me know what you think, if you're able to find it again.

I saw this book at the library yesterday and refrained from checking it out because I thought it looked kind of creepy... and not in a good Halloween way. I'm glad you liked it. Now maybe I'll have to go back and check it out afterall. :)

.......keeping me in reading material this Halloween! Another one I'll definitely be checking out of the library.
I just picked up Halloween Night and Skeleton hiccup today (actually hubby picked up for me *grin) and am anxious to read them to my two little guys.
