I willing to be their customer, but they didnt send the package to me. They do not cooperate to refund or stop charging.
I have already ordered this product for almost two months. However, I never received any products from them. I ordered sheer cover as the same time and same transaction with Wen hair care. But I got Wen hair care for a long time ago.
I called sheer cover customer service before, and they asked me to wait. So, I did not mind to wait.
However, they r still keep charging on my card, then I called the company to ask. First they said it s my fault if I have never received the package why I never called. So, it means I already got my sheercover once. (Just so u know if u never got the parcel earlier, u must make a call. Even they would tell u that u do not need to call, just keep waiting)
Then I insisted that I called and they asked me to wait. Then the representative had told me that she just found the record that I made a call.
So, I asked them to make a cancellation they said they gonna stop charging me for the future payment. But, they could not refund the money to me until I fill and return the affidavit form back to them. How I could get the affidavit form? I asked. They said they gonna send it to me by mail. They asked me to keep waiting for the form, and they insisted that they could not send the form by email. They do not want to make the process go faster. Do u know why?
Because, they still keep charging me more even I made the call to cancel or even they said they would not charge me more. They asked me to keep waiting for the affidavit form from them by mail, and they still keep charging my card as the same time. Even I never received any parcel or any letter from them, even my debit card has no money for charging. They still took the money and my debit card account has minus amount. And it s a debt that I suppose to pay.
It s not fair!
I never received anything from them, but they still keep charging me. When I asked to cancel they asked me to waiting for the form to complete, and still keep charging me while I still waiting. If u do not want to take a risk for being charged every month with nothing u receive, u should not try to order this product!
Poor management!
I already asked the cancellation number or anything to prove that I already cancel, but they said they did not have it! It s so bad. Poor management!
Why they treated customer like this. I was interesting in their product and I could be the potential customer, but they thrown me away!
