Shock Doctor Flex Cup & Compression Shorts

Last year while shopping around a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) store I noticed the Shock Doctor Flex Cup & Compression Shorts. I have always used the basic jockey strap with cup. I had heard that these were a lot more comfortable. They are a little spendy but I decided to give them a try anyway. I’m glad I did. These compression shorts with their X design cup holder are very comfortable. The cup is also noticeably better than the standard cup. It is designed for high impact kicks and distributes the shock into rubber bushings. It’s a new design called the Flex Cup and it works well. It’s also more comfortable than the standard cups. The Flex cup itself is built a little different as well which provides better protection and comfort. After trying the Shock Doctor Flex Cup & Compression Shorts I’ll never go back to the standard jock strap and cup.

Conclusion

The Shock Doctor Flex Cup & Compression Shorts comes in all sizes and several colors. These work great for martial artists, kick boxers and MMA fighters. Even if you’re wearing a cup it’s no fun when you get kicked in the groin. So having a good support and cup is definitely worth while and a few extra bucks! The first thing I noticed is how much more comfortable the Shock Doctor Flex Cup is. There is a noticeable difference that allows for better movement and comfort. The second thing I noticed was that the Flex cup does provide better protection than a standard cup. I also found the Shock Doctor Compression Shorts to be very comfortable. I would recommend the Shock Doctor Flex Cup & Compression Shorts to any martial artist without hesitation.
