I recently purchased the RF-1000 and could not be happier. I actually got is for around two hundred thirty at the helmet store dot com. The helmet is super light and the aerodynamics are 100 times better than my 3/4 face. The venting is also excellent. The helmet is designed to create negative pressure on the backside thus sucking air through the helmet and cooling your head. I was leery of the full face, but now I am completely sold. Additionally, this helmet is not only DOT approved, but it has a Snell M-2000 rating as well.
