its by design that proper fitting helmets fog. Some cheaper helmets have built in breath shields, clean the lens and keep oil and dirt from the inside where your hands grab to open and it helps tons.
The helmet is so "air tight" that no air can be sucked in and out at low speeds, only faster speeds with the valves open make the air flow enough to carry away the breath moisture.
I agree that high end helments shouldent fog but id rather it fog than have air leaks at 130 mph on the track!
