| jonesdm's Full Review: Siemens CT56 Cell Phone |
If you are looking for a phone with capability, this would be it. Three ounces and compact, it will fit in your jeans pocket. The outgoing sound comes out loud, sometimes too loud, and clear. There is no struggle to understand the other person unless they have a bad phone. The phone is not picture capable, but the phone is not built to be sturdy and it will last until technology is updated. For someone who upgraded from a Nokia 5165, the phone is the size of the old phone's battery and weighs about the same.
The number pad is small and may not be the best choice for someone with large fingers. The phone is only about four inches high and two wide-not much room. Getting a cover where there is a piece of plastic over the keypad helps. The ring tones are really loud, but can be set to different ringtones depending on who is calling.
