Pros: Once calibrated...Very accurate.

Cons: Not as fancy as the $300 GPS watches.  a good distance only watch.

I just got the watch from REI.  I was pretty skeptical at first.  I wasn't sure how the watch would calculate distance without GPS or a foot pod.  Somehow...It did.  After I calibrated my running stride and walking stride I got a reading of 0.996 when I ran a mile on a track.  I have since found it to be anywhere from 96 to 99% accurate depending on where I am running.  Great watch if you are looking to spend less than $300 to see how far you have run!
