Getting a good night’s sleep and peaceful rest is essential to the mind and body. Simmons Back Care mattress will deliver. I have slept on this wonderful mattress for the past six months and so far so good. I had spent the last 5 years on a different brand –a competitor in name only. The mattress was rock solid in spots and soft in others and when ever my husband tossed and turned I felt every move and would awaken. After one year of this misery I went on a hunt for a new mattress and a solution. I was always under the false impression that back support should be extremely firm. I would search for a mattress that was akin to sleeping on a board of lumber. This is a mistake.
At a Sleepy's mattress outlet I came upon the Simmons Back Saver and upon testing the mattress in the store I found the soft cushioning effect on the spine soothing and comfy. I think they wanted me out of the store when I showed up with my bathrobe and ducky slippers that night. I just refused to spend another night of misery. I always feel so stupid laying on a store mattress with my street clothes and shoes on- the salesman eyeing me. I often wonder what they are thinking as I ponder a pleasant night on this piece of expensive foam and coils.
The Simmons Back Care mattress has five different support zones that comfort and support different areas of your spine. This is done with varying the loft of the pillow top and adjusting the pocketed coils to move independently within your area. This means that when you move a little, your partner’s side of the bed will remain stable. If you don’t want to see your partner in divorce court- please consider this when you are sleeping on a mattress with your honey pie.
I am very short and the one disadvantage is the height of the mattress. Due to the luxurious piling of loft in this mattress – I feel like I might need a little stepstool to get into bed each night. If you are the type to tie your shoes each morning as you sit on the bed- you may need a boost up to do it. It will remind you of the old-fashioned feather beds in Europe.
You must remember to turn this mattress too. I found that if you remember to turn your mattress at the turn of the seasons you would be fine.
The Mattress comes in King, Queen, Full, Twin or even Extra Long Twins. This is nice if you are buying for someone who is a bit tall.
Sweetie and I both wake up refreshed and pain free. I find the mattress is advertised to save your back from aches and pains and it delivers on its promises.
The price was on the high side. It certainly is not the most expensive model you can buy, but is above average in price. I found the price itself varied from store to store. The mattress comes with a guarantee against wear, lumps and bumps. Usually the store from which you purchase a mattress will pro-rate the wear and adjust the guarantee so that you can credit the old model towards a better mattress.
I can endorse this mattress as a wonderful addition to your peaceful bedroom.
