Pros: None - Simmons does not make a quality product.
Cons: Beautyrest breaks down quickly and is a saggy, lumpy, squeeky piece of junk.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. Those who rate this mattress high either have not slept on it long enough or work for Simmons or sell mattresses.

We purchased a top of the line Beautyrest pillowtop King mattress in October 2007 (at $2800) to replace a top of the line Aireloom King mattress purchased in 2004 (at $3300). The Beautyrest salesman listened to our tale of woe on how the Aireloom sagged, developed a hump in the middle, felt like a bag of rocks and how we got no satisfaction from the manufacturer or the store where purchased. We also told him how the last mattress store insisted that all king beds develop what is called a "King's Ridge" and it was perfectly normal. He said that he has never heard of a king mattress developing a hump in the middle and that the Beautyrest mattress would certainly not have such a problem. So we plunked down our money and bought the new Beautyrest thinking it was all a big lesson learned. We let the delivery guys haul away the Aireloom set and now we wish we had it back.
We feel so stupid - the Beautyrest is worse than the Aireloom! Or should I say Beautyrest(s) since we are on our 2nd Beautyrest replacement. We had the first one replaced within the 60 day comfort guarantee. Both mattresses quickly developed a hump in the middle and saggy holes were we each sleep. My husband sinks down about 8" in his hole and I sink down at least 6" - we are normal sized people.
Important: here is the dirty little secret about the 60 day comfort guarantee that was not fully explained at the time of purchase. Sure the mattress can be returned with no questions asked within 60 days but forget about a refund. Only a credit would be issued towards another mattress in the store and the comfort return could only be taken advantage of one time. Most of their better mattresses are Beautyrest. So we are now on our 2nd saggy, humpy, lumpy, squeeky Beautyunrest mattress and trying to get some resolution. We don't want another crappy product from Simmons or this mattress store. We just want our money back so we can purchase a different brand at a different store.
We have read all the Beautyrest reviews and feel pretty stupid for not checking this site before buying this mattress. This is just not right - how can these mattress manufacturers and mattress stores get away with ripping people off - IT IS A DISGRACE!
We plan to take this to small claims court if necessary.
Advise to anyone in the market for a new mattress - DO NOT buy SIMMONS OR AIRELOOM. Bummer is - after reading the complaints on the internet about other brands, it is questionable if anyone still makes a decent mattress.
