disaggau's Full Review: Simply Sleep Caplets 100 Caplets
I have never been one to use sleeping pills. I have tried Melatonin...used it for many months knowing that it was not harmful and might even have some benefits. However, I began to have nightmares and could only attribute them to the Melatonin so I threw out what I had left in the bottle.(NOTE: I use WebTV and cannot paragraph so I use dots..)...........................................................................................................................Being a sinus sufferer I have also used Tylenol Allergy/Sinus PM pills and they work quite well. But I certainly don't want to take them unless I need them. The same goes for Tylenol P.M. This works well if you have a headache prior to retiring. But again I don't want to take it as a habit. One day a friend told me about Simply Sleep. She said she takes two pills every night about 20 minutes before she wants to fall asleep. Her husband only needs one pill. I bought some and gave it a try. I started with one tablet and that helped, but if I really want to be assured a full night's rest, two work best. ..........................................................................................................................I do not remember what I paid for my Simply Sleep. Whatever it was it was not outrageous. My friend told me that WalMart sells an identical product under the name Equate. I have not tried this and mention it only for what it's worth. I usually prefer brand names. Another good thing about Simply Sleep is that it is non-habit forming. In fact, my internist says there's nothing in it to harm you and it's OK to take it every night if need be. Although I do not plan to take it every night, this was a comforting thing to hear. I am one of those people who needs eight or nine hours of sleep a day. If I fall behind in my "beauty sleep" it's nice to know that I can take rely on Simply Sleep to send me off to slumberland. It's something that I plan to always have on hand and certainly when I travel.
