screaminhugger's Full Review: Sirius Sportster 4 SP4-TK1 Satellite Radio Receive...
I purchased this unit and subscribed to Sirius in December and was moderately happy for almost a month. While my radio worked, I noticed a great many "overplayed" songs. The stations tend to play the same 20 or so songs over and over again. Then my radio stopped working. I went through a process that took no less than 3 days to get a replacement radio. After the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I finally had a radio on it's way to me, with the promise of a pre paid shipping label so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping to send the broken radio back. A week and a half later, after sending the unit to the wrong address, I finally received my new radio with NO SHIPPING LABEL. I called customer service and was told that no one told me I would receive free shipping, (I was lied to i guess...?) Anyway, I am still two hours later trying desperately to have the new radio activated...I called and tried 5 times, spent a total of two hours on the phone, and have been fighting with apparently uneducated Representatives for this same amount of time. I am very displeased with Sirius, and will not recommend them to anyone.
