Pros: Cooling, easy to use, easy to find, effective for many/most people.
Cons: $35.(less costly at some online sites), but certainly cost effective if works for you!
The Bottom Line: For people with under-eye puffiness or darkness this is an excellent, effective product and I highly recommend it.

The puffiness under my eyes makes me look tired and perhaps older than I need or want to look. I am tired of people suggesting I look sleepy. On the plus side I have minimal wrinkles, so maybe it all balances out. Regardless, I have tried many expensive products to alleviate or at least reduce my under-eye puffiness, including Dr. Murad's products to no avail (I used to go to him for facials and loved him and many of his beauty products).
One of my coworkers is a Mary Kay representative so I always glance through her catalog. There are a handful of the Mary Kay products that I've discovered over the years, and continue to purchase. Their Timewise products are impressive, so when I read about the Timewise Targeted Action Eye Revitalizer I wanted to see if it would work for me.
Product claims:
Mary Kay says that the product will get rid of your dark circles and eliminate the puffiness under your eyes. They further claim that 7 out of 10 women state that the dark circles under their eyes, or their puffiness went away. Not sure where they got their numbers, but I felt it was worth a real try.
How long will it take to work?
Mary Kay claims that most people will see results in a few weeks. I guess that 7 out of 10 women will see these results within that period of time.
Directions for use:
Unscrew the top and gently apply under the entire undereye area that is puffy or dark.
Appearance of product:
First of all it is encased in a box. The actual container is a little thinner and longer than most lipstick cases, and as mentioned above has a screw off top.
Ingredients:
Many of you don't want to be hassled with a lengthy, boring list of ingredients. You will be happy. Those of you who like to know what is in a product will be slightly let-down. I have been unable to find out the ingredients of this product. May Kay merely states that it is an exclusive blend of ingredients or plant ingredients. I shall say this though. I have sensitive skin, and have had absolutely no negative reactions from this product, so they must be gentle.
My experience with the product
I don't want to over-exaggerate or gush over this product, but I committed to giving it a conscientious try for a period of 6 weeks, using it in the morning (after applying my eye makeup), and before I go to sleep at night. It has a wonderfully, exhilarating cool feel to it. I love the feel. I simply rub it softly all over the under eye area. It will cool and refresh.
It doesn't work overnight, but I am very slowly but surely seeing the puffiness go away. Yes, da-- it, I'm excited! Many of us can't afford to have eye surgery (plastic surgery to remove the puffiness or folds above/below the eyes, and the results I've seen so far are the best I've had with any product.
My suggestions?
I certainly can't promise anyone that this product will work for them, but it seems it is doing more and more for me over time, and I am thrilled. It isn't inexpensive at $35.00 and so far I've just been using it for 2-3 weeks, so can't say how long it will last, but in my opinion it is worth trying out. As I don't have darkness under the eyes, can't speak to that either.
But there are products 3 times the cost of this one that haven't been effective for me, so I think this is worth purchasing for everyone with these beauty "challenges".

Final thoughts:
I am very pleased and excited about this product. I would say I have 50%-75% reduction of puffiness. I feel younger, prettier, more self-assured, so this is certainly worth the cost for me. I am giving this product 4 1/2 stars!
