Pros: Doesn't do any harm, that I could tell.
Cons: Does nothing to improve the look of the skin around the eye area.
Serious skin care offers 2 different C eye options, one is this "treatment" the other is the serum just called C eye.
I have over 40 skin, drying, and surgically induced menopausal skin. I have a very stressful job that requires shift work and some long hours at times. At times driving for 8 hours at night. So I think I have permanent dark circles from 10 years on 3rd shift.
I have tried both the c eye treatment and the c eye (serum). When shopping the HSN website or eBay, wherever you choose to buy your products, the treatment is the one that looks milky in the bottle, the serum is the clear looking one.
I tried the c treatment (milky looking one) for over a month and noticed NO difference in the appearance of my under eye skin. I considered it a waste of money and no better than putting water under my eyes. The "treatment" didn't seem to sink into the skin well and just moved around when I used moisturizer on the rest of my face. Once you put on your makeup, it seems to cake any powder you put on under the eye (which makes you look older, not the desired effect). The pump also stops up quickly and then you get some disgusting looking clump of stuff on your next pump.
I much preferred the c eye (serum), it did seem to sink into the skin and I received compliments that I looked more rested after using the c eye (serum). But, no one noticed any difference with this c eye treatment.
I would not recommend throwing your money away on this as an individual purchase. If you have to take it in one of her set or gift purchases, then, just know, if you are expecting some great effects from it, you probably won't see any.
