Pros:Accurate when working.
Gives multiple targets on each hole.
Cons:HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The Bottom Line: Great when working, but problems with the unit and poor customer service are sending me looking for another brand.
For the first four months i owned the SG3 it worked great. Then on a semi-cloudy day in Dallas i couldn't get it to give me yardages. Some other guys I was playing with had no trouble with theirs that same day. Then on a trip to Nevada in June the unit started acting up seriously. After 15 or so holes the readout would blur out. I could restart the unit and it would be fine for a hole or two then blur out again. The first round I played in July back in Dallas brought on the same problem so I sent it to Sky Golf. After two weeks they said they couldn't get it to do the same thing as mine did 8 rounds in a row. They asked if it had been in bright sun - duh - it's a golf GPS! Now it's been 3 weeks and they still haven't shipped it back - shipping backlog! I have since talked to someone else that is having the same read out problem with their Sky Caddie. After I bought mine I heard the customer service at Sky Golf was bad - well now I can verify that is VERY TRUE!
