I liked the skycaddie for the first few months of operation. But... then they changed their software for syncing the device to load different courses. After repeated attempts with tech support to find the problem they say I need to return it for repair. It worked fine until they updated their software. They are trying to say that the USB cable is bad or the USB connector has been damaged. It is clear from a little research that many customers have the same issue. It sounds like a software issue that they are unwilling to admit. One would be foolish to buy anything from these clowns if this how they treat their customers.
