Pros: Soft, supple, supportive, neutral temperature
Cons: Odor. Smell. 72 hours later it still reeks!
The Bottom Line: This is a product comprised 100% of man-made chemicals. You can tell by the odor that continuously wafts throughout your home from this pillow.

| cbrewer15's Full Review: Sleep Innovations Novaform Coutour Pillow Standard... |
I purchased this pillow at Sam's Club after having seen "memory foam" products elsewhere.
The pillow measures 23"x16"x6.5". As such, it fits snugly into a standard queen-size pillow case. It comes complete with a soft, velour-like zippered cover which can be laundered. The foam from which it is constructed is really amazing material. You can scrunch it from end to end into a single handful of material. It manages, however, to provide a good deal of support.
I unpacked the pillow, and immediately was overcome by a powerful, chemical smell as soon as it was out of the poly bag. A small half-sheet of paper was packed in with the pillow, explaining:
"Congratulations on the purchase of your new foam pillow. After you remove the clear poly-bag, you may notice a slight odor. This odor is common with new foam and is completely harmless. Simply remove the pillow from the package and its outer cover allowing the pillow to "air-out". This airing period will allow the odor to dissipate after approximately 24 hours."
Well, I wanted to hasten the odor elimination as it was too strong to even be in the same room with, so I stuck the pillow outside. Several hours later, I brought the pillow back in, noting that the odor was drastically diminished (in other words, I wasn't on the verge of passing out like I had been earlier).
However, the pillow was rock hard. Literally. Apparently the foam doesn't like temperatures lower than 65 degrees. After several hours of warming back to room temperature, the pillow was once again supple. However, the odor was back with a vengeance.
Long story a little bit longer, the pillow is now three days old, and I can still smell it from four feet away. I'm not exaggerating! In fact, the smell is so pervasive, that the half-sheet advising the "slight odor" would "dissipate after approximately 24 hours" still smells itself after all this time.
If these guys were working for Glade, we might be on the verge of longer-lasting air fresheners. As it is, the pillow is a health hazard and is completely unusable.
