Just a quibble, but you did call them Meal Replacement Shakes once, before saying the company doesn't recommend the shakes as meal replcement. I wouldn't recommend them as meal replacement or a healthy snack with sugar the third ingredient. If a shake uses white stevia, that would be healthiest.

Chocolate Royale is good (Reply to this comment)
by bonniesayers
I have one every morning before taking kids to school and going to the gym. I am hungry again in two hours, but only time in AM for a drink. I found carb slim chocolate chip cookie dough bites are great for after the gym and I have been snacking on the Nabisco 100 calorie cookie snacks.
I weighed 117 at 34 when I was pregnant with my now 10 year old and will never see that weight again. I joined the site 6 months before I turned 40 and then the weight snuck in, but I started being more sedate at the same time, which did not help.
Good luck, you have years to go before it gets worse.

They got yuccky... (Reply to this comment)
by PattyTherre
I used to drink one of these for lunch every day but after a couple weeks, I found I couldn't gag another one down. They just tasted too "vitaminy".
Luckily I found my weight stabilizing trick in the form of eating a certain way and exercising and the occasional energy bar as a meal replacement.
I am 40 so it's all that much harder to stay where I want to be.
Good luck :)

Two to three hours a day at the gym; healthy eating (most of the time); babies a looooong time ago; and the 10 pounds I used to be able to shed in two weeks WON'T go away!! As Suzer said, you haven't even hit the slowing of metabolism. Don't worry though hopefully time will make you realize as it has me that I will never weight 112 again. Still I'd setting for 125:) and it is work to get there once 10 pounds is gained from a vacation. Good luck. I'm back on Weight Watchers. jo

Nice job (Reply to this comment)

Stef. Not to rub it in, but metabolism doesn't slow down as much at 30 as 40 or older, but good to nip it in the bud now.
And silly me, I didn't realize the body doesn't snap back as fast as you get older.
I'll have to give this product a try.
