laurieruth16's Full Review: Slim Fast Slim-Fast Optima Ready To Drink, Milk Ch...
For me the mornings are usually pretty crazy. Trying to make time to get to the gym, get ready for school and work, and make sure that everything I need for the day is ready can get pretty caotic. Also I have to make sure I leave an hour early so that I make it in time to school and to work which usually will find me running out the door at the last minute. So with all of this going on in the morning who really has time to eat breakfast?
One day I finally decided that had to get something in my stomach in the mornings, even if it meant taking it in the car with me. So I went to my local grocery store determined to find something that was both nutritious and easy. At first I had not considered the Slim Fast drinks because I had tried the powdered mix before and was not impressed with how it tasted. But when I saw these updated premixed drinks I decided I would give them a try.
I have tried the Strawberry, Vanilla and the Milk Chocolate types and have decided the Milk Chocolate is the best of the three. I love how easy these drinks are to just hurry and grab out of my fridge while I am running out the door. Along with great taste they have the added benefit of the optima part of the Slim Fast program which helps keep you feeling fuller, longer.
These drinks also have the added bennefits of many vitamins mixed in, so you don't need to try and take a multi-vitamin as well. Having these right in the drink helps keep me at ease as far as staying healthy. And of course with these drinks being part of the Slim Fast program there is the added benefit of the weight loss formula. So not only are you getting a good healthy breakfast, but you don't have to worry about packing on the pounds with these drinks.
