It really does work

Pros: No jittery feeling, no pills to take

Cons: adhesive can become irritating to the skin, hard to find at local stores.

I found this at Costco and was amazed that it actually curbed my hunger. I have tried other products but they made me jittery or there was no difference felt. This patch would be great for those who are starting a new diet/exercise program.
