I just got a Sunheater for my pool. For me it was not as easy to put together as I would have thought. I had to spend around 100$ in extra material...For instance, if you can lay it on your grass...No problem...Otherwise..You need to buy or to build a rack..That take more than 20 minutes...
I put it on my fence...But you need something to hold it...That's not in the box...I bought 10 little hooks...Cost 40$...
Of course you need to install it to your pool..The tubes are not in the boxe either...With 3$ a foot...I had to pay again another 50$...
The tube size you need is 1 1\2. If you system is on 1 5\8...Well, you need to buy adaptors for the sunheater...another 15$...
By the time, I bought all I needed...It took me way more than 20 minutes...
It's been 2 days since I installed the Sunheater...The sun was out...But sometimes there was no sun...My pool was at 70 degree yesterday...Today, it is at 72 degree...
Hopefully, the system will work...
I'm thinking that it might be better on the roof...
Oh right...I got to buy the special roof kit...for 40$..
Plus my tubes are to short now....Another 100$ maybe...
Oh well...
