Pros: Durable, quiet and functional.
Cons: Difficult to adjust on the fly, program profiles cannot be tailored.
The Bottom Line: If I knew then what I know now, I'd have spent a few hundred dollars more and purchased from a local treadmill dealer.

| seppy's Full Review: Smooth 5.0P Treadmill |
I have owned the Smooth 5.0P treadmill for one year. I ordered the treadmill from "Treadmillbynet.com". The treadmill arrived seemingly intact. However, upon setup and operation it became apparent the treadmill was damaged (assumingly during shipping).
The motor shroud was slightly cracked in an inconspicuous location while the platform was slightly askew of the frame. The treadmill was, however, functional. I determined it was not worth my time, money and effort to attempt to obtain a replacement as the company did make its shipping policy clear on its website. I did attempt to reach the company via email and phone to express my dissatisfaction but merely ended up listening to a recording requesting my contact information. I received a return phone call from a locally contracted repair service.
I continue to use the treadmill regularly. And while it suits my basic requirements, the features are difficult to work with at best. The rigid buttons make it difficult make adjustments on the fly, and the program profiles are not adjustable at all.
