Nice treadmill, poor service

Pros: Good power, well organized displays and controls, relatively quiet.

I think the treadmill is great! I do interval training, and the power allows me to run without feeling any strain on the motor. I like the way the control layout is organized - it makes sense, although I needed to read the manual to program the different mode settings. The noise level is acceptable for running, and good when walking.
The customer service has been poor - I paid $50 for delivery into my home, but the contracted delivery service wouldn't bring it into my home because they were not bonded to do so. I had to literally pull the box through the front door because they stopped at the porch. So I called to get a refund/credit for my $50 dollars - this was 3 months ago. The company does not call back even though I leave multiple messages, and when I do get through to someone, they tell me they will take care of the problem. I have yet to see my refund.
In short, the product is good, but the service continues to be one of the worst I have experienced.
