Hi, everyone! I don’t normally go out of my way to praise the products that I purchase! After all, I expect those products to meet certain standards! However, I am so grateful for the results I’ve received from my Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer that I feel it would be an injustice not to let the world know about it!
Throughout the past several years, I’ve been in constant battle with my weight. I’ve tried dieting, and I’ve tried different exercise programs. But, I always got bored with the exercises and/or frustrated with the dieting! Nothing seemed to work! However, since I bought my Smooth CE four months ago, I have lost a total of 15 pounds! I couldn’t be happier and more confident!
At around $1400, the Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer is inexpensive in comparison with other elliptical trainers I checked out! There are cheaper models, but they are generally worthless and give an unsatisfactory workout. The Smooth CE is made in Germany, and it is sturdy and quiet and provides extremely smooth elliptical motion. (This is due to its large 48-pound flywheel mass)!
A few of the features that I really like about the Smooth CE include its electronic heart rate control…although, it is an ear clip, and I would prefer the belt type; its 7 resident training programs, which provide me with a variety of workouts; its training computer, which consists of a high-resolution blue LCD with a graphic display of load profile, performance in watts, number of cycles, a timer, training distance, total KM, speed, room temperature, pulse rate, and average values at the end of each training period; and an adjustable foot pedal motion, which can be adjusted to fit the user’s height, allowing the user to get optimum stride. Oh, yes! The Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer fits nicely in my apartment (taking up little space), and it requires practically no set-up!
This elliptical trainer is relatively safe to use because of its passive motion, unlike treadmills that take time to slow down. When you stop, it stops! It also is not an electrical hog. I haven’t noticed an increase in my electrical bills.
The advantage of a workout on an elliptical trainer is that it is impact-free, so it’s safe for a user’s joints, and it receives little wear and tear, making it a low-maintenance machine! Less time is required to achieve desired results, because the Smooth CE works the upper and lower body simultaneously! It doesn’t take long to get your heart pumping. Regular use of this elliptical trainer also builds bone density, inhibiting the onset of osteoporosis!
It comes with a respectable warranty, although unlike with a treadmill, I’m not sure what would break down. Parts are covered by a three-year warranty. Labor has a one-year warranty.
Regular workouts on my trainer combined with a sensible diet have really made a difference in my life! I highly recommend this product to anyone who seriously wants to get in shape!
