Having been athletic most of my life, working out is a vital part of my daily life! I’ve spent a great deal of money over the years maintaining a membership at a local gym. Then, a few months ago, I decided that it might be more economical to buy some exercise equipment of my own! I’ve used treadmills, bicycles, step climbers, etc. But my favorite exercise machine is the elliptical trainer! So, I set out to find one that would suit my purpose!
After searching retail stores and online stores, I came to the conclusion that the perfect elliptical trainer for me was the Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer! Since the moment it entered my life, I have treasured its presence and have enjoyed many hours of working out on my new CE! Not once, have I encountered any problems with my Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer!
There were numerous reasons why I chose the Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer! First of all, elliptical trainers are virtually impact-free and are quite safe for anyone’s joints…including those who have suffered hip or knee injuries! Elliptical trainers also work the entire body, burning calories more efficiently in less time! They provide weight-bearing and resistance exercise that aids in building bone density! In addition, the Smooth CE has several great features! This German-made machine lives up to its name! It is the smoothest elliptical trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience! It doesn’t take up a great deal of space! It has been quite economical to operate, using a very moderate amount of electricity! This particular elliptical trainer allows the user to adjust the foot pedal motion to the user’s height…a feature found only on this model! As a result, I get the optimum stride from my workouts! The Smooth CE comes equipped with one of the best training computers that lets me monitor my performance and distance covered, my pulse, room temperature, and more! For an additional fee, I also got a wireless heart monitor kit, so that I don’t have to hassle with the ear clip heart rate control. (Although, the ear clip heart rate control is better than no heart rate control and automatically comes on the Smooth CE, at no extra charge.) There are several possible settings on the Smooth CE, including choice of 7 resident training programs and optimum training pulse range! It also tells you your average values at the end of each training session!
I am quite satisfied with my Smooth CE Elliptical Trainer! Although it’s not a Precor, it’s a quality machine at a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend it!
