There's not much special about this game. But when I first played this game, for some reason, I was hooked. The graphics are okay for this game. The character models lack detail and originality and the slopes are kind of plain. This is an MTV game, so there is a good soundtrack with some of the best bands out now. I'm not much of a rock and roll person, but I do like the music in this game. The only thing about the sound I don't like are the silly voices that come up when something happens. The controls are very simple. The game won't give you many points if you do tricks though. You might get more points if you just keep doing fast spins and grinding on rails than tricks. If you hold R1, you will make a spin faster, so on a big jump, you can get a lot of points. Once, I went up to a 2340 spin! This game can be addictive though. The create a park and two player split screen is cool too. This game may loose it's fun after a while, but that makes it an even better rental!
