Introduction

I saw this first at Dollar Tree and they also had a mango variety too, which I've also used and do like, but the Juicy Apple fragrance is by far my favorite for its sweet and breezy fragrance. Besides the scent, which I adore, I must say that this is a very versatile product. You'll find too that using just a little goes a long way. A quarter size amount should be enough for use on the entire body. 




Gentle and All-Purpose

The softsoap moisturizing body wash line are good for shaving because they provide a good moisturizing barrier and this makes for an easier and more effective shave, and when you rinse you'll find your skin stays soft and supple after. The other note I would make about this product too is that it is extremely foamy! I'll underscore that. Just to test this I poured about quarter sized amount under running water in my sink and it filled almost completely, so this easily can be used for bubble baths!




Potential Drawback

My final note however is on the issue of how moisturizing this product is. I have a more or less "normal" skin type, in which I am not prone to dry or oily skin. For me, I find this product gives meets my needs, but I would say for those suffering from very dry skin you'll probably want to use a standard moisturizer in addition to this product. And that doesn't demerit this product in any way because standard moisturizers are far better candidate anyways because of the very nature of how they need to work, and that is they need to provide a longer lasting barrier to keep the moisture IN. You simply don't get that with a product you apply for less than a minute and wash off again.
