For my 1300th review, I wanted to write about something extra special. Although I wouldn't call Softspots Tatianna for Women super, super special as far as my whole life is concerned, shoes are near and dear to my heart and I own more pairs that I care to admit. These shoes fall into the category of super, super special as far as shoes go. I had been wanting to review these for a while so, here goes.
These shoes are amazingly comfortable and really look cute despite the fact that they have only a slight heel and are not edgy or ultra trendy. When I need to walk a lot, I reach for my Softspots Tatianna for Women in warmer weather. They feel so ahhhhhhhhhh. About the Shoe Add some zest to any attire with this simple yet elegant huarache sandal. Wear with capris, khakis or peasant skirts and channel the spirit and style of the season. This closed toe and heel style features soft, supple leather uppers and antique brass buckle. Features a lightweight outsole and our Pillow Top comfort footbed.

My Experience
The Softspots Tatianna are a huarache type closed toe sandal with an antique looking brass ankle buckle. They're all leather and about 1.75 inches high with a gentle wedge heel. The foot beds make these special. They have what is called a "pillow top comfort" foot beds which are amazingly comfortable. The foot beds are cushioned so well that the shoe wraps my feet in comfort and softness and I never feel the ground as I walk. I used to think the flatter the shoe, the more comfortable, but I was wrong. Thin soled shoes hurt because my feet are practically on the hard ground step after step.
The Softspots Tatiannas alleviate all that by having a slight wedge and by having the most luxurious foot bed I have felt in any shoe and, believe me, I have more shoes than about 25 normal women combined. It's sad (for my wallet) but true. I am a shoe addict.
Anyway, these shoes come in whole and half sizes from size 5 through 12 and they come in narrow, medium, wide, and extra wide widths so that everyone can get the perfect fit.
I wear a size 8M and these shoes are true to size, fitting perfectly. They come in brown, black, white, navy, wine, and tan. I have the tan and black colors and honestly would buy all the colors if I could justify buying MORE shoes.
When I wear the Softspots Tatianna, I can walk for hours with no aches or pain. I have fallen arches and my ankles tend to roll inwards which usually means walking long distances in ANY shoes will produce aching feet and legs but honestly, I don't recall feeling anything but the usual fatigue that comes with walking after wearing my Softspots Tatiannas.
These shoes can be worn with shorts, jeans, Capri's, skirts, or dresses. They are at home in a casual setting but look cute paired with a sundress or even a bathing suit and a sarong. The closed toe and heel allow me to wear the shoes in summer and also in spring and fall when the weather is not too cool. The strappy look is stylish and the ankle strap makes the shoe secure.
Most of all, the shoe seems to move with my feet rather than forcing me to adhere to their shape. They have a flexible sole and are so light that I barely know I have them on. Of all the lower heeled and flat shoes I own, the Softspots Tatianna for Women are the most comfortable for walking and in general.
The leather is high quality and can be easily cleaned if needed. The stacked look low heels never need any care really, maybe just a wipe down with a moist cloth if they get muddy or dirty.
I love Softspot shoes because of the unique foot bed and their commitment to comfort that isn't at the expense of style. The Softspots Tatiannas are only one style of super cute and comfy Softspot shoes but ones I like the look of quite a lot. They're almost Mary Janes, almost Huaraches, almost sandals, almost pumps. I bought both pair that I own at QVC but these shoes are sold all over the net at shoe stores and they are sold at shoe stores offline as well. JC Penney carries a range of Softspot shoes, the Tatianna included.
The cost for these shoes is all over the map. I paid about $53.09 a pair for mine but they are selling for much higher on some sites I researched and for slightly less on a few sites. Watch for sales and snag a pair or two of these shoes even if you get them in the winter and wait until spring to wear them. Your feet will thank you!
Conclusion
I love comfort and I love shoes. Usually the two don't go together very well due to my love of trendy shoes and my fallen arches and over pronantion which makes even some sneakers achy for me to wear for more than an hour or two. The Softspots Tatianna for Women honestly are the most comfortable shoe I own. Other than my New Balance running shoes, the Tatiannas allow me to walk for hours without the shooting pains I get in my legs and without any foot discomfort. If you want a cute, versatile shoe that will be like walking in a cloud, invest in some Softspots Tatianna for Women. They will serve you well and last for years. Ahhhh, comfort! 5 stars.
