...made me want nachos and cheese at a ballgame with your comment about them! i prefer dishwasher safe container myself (thank you, laziness) but these seem durable-maybe i will give them a try!

Although we are in a very small minority, I'm glad to see someone else who liked these plates.
Another good use for them once they have been washed and resealed as far as you feel comfortable and are ready to throw one away....for homes without a garbage disposal (my home for instance). Load up the garbage in the plate, seal it, and it's good to go. After all they are leak resistant (another good feature).
