heyy, I just read this review, This is quite a great review, it really is yet in one paragraph it said
"Other than one incident I'll mention a bit later,"
I don't think that I saw you mention that incident in any part of your review. Other than that, it is a great review

Amen. US Airways used to be one of my favorite airlines but their customer service bit the dust a few years ago and I've had some terrible experiences with them since that happened.

Even when there were delays or problems, they didn't bother me as much because I felt like they were being dealt with and that people were trying their best...
Oh how I wish US Airways would learn this skill.
