The Bottom Line: When first cranked the volume, I was a little concerned. However, after some minor tweaking (and pumping the sub level), this system is suitable, simple, and superb for me!

bcmcred's Full Review: Sony DAV-C900 Theater System
This Sony DAV-C900 is an amazing piece of work; from the packing job and ease of setup to the crystal clear quality audio heard from it's five speakers. It literally is a "plug and play" operation. The color-coded speaker wires are a dream, and slim design of the unit itself takes up hardly any space at all.

I haven't hooked it up to my new Sony XBR TV yet, but I know I'll be equally impressed with the Sony picture quality.

The SACD sampler supplied with the unit makes me want to go out and buy up everything mixed in this format. It's the way music should be listened to.

The spaced-age, glow-in-the-dark remote looks fab and is fairly functional for my needs.
