Some reviewers on this site specialize in rehashing the features that are readily available anywhere, like on the product manufacturer's web site.
Such reviewers speak in generalities and make obvious comments such as "supplied battery loses charge quickly."
Of course the supplied battery runs out quickly, they all do! Is that all you can contribute? What about the actual video quality of the model, not just DV in general? What are the controls like? are there some features that are difficult to access, or are lacking in this model? Have you even held the camcorder you are reviewing?
And the so-called "Advisors" buy into this over-generalized, manufacturer's-brochure regurgitation by giving this review a "Very Helpful" rating? Shame.
