A few years ago, my wife surprised me with what is perhaps the finest, most versatile, neatest camera I've ever owned -- the Sony DSC-T70 Digital Camera.

It is about the size of a credit card in length & width and 5 stacked credit cards thick. What a sleek beauty. It's easy to use, intuitive really, and takes fantastic still as well as video pictures. I transfer the shots to my Mac Book and I've built a wonderful digital photo library over the past few years. I wouldn't think about going anywhere without this sleek, beautifully engineered camera. I generally keep the camera on the 1 MM setting but for really important or detailed shots, I use the 3 MM setting. You can easily change the flash settings manually or rely on the automatic setting. It is durable and very hardy. I have dropped it on hard surfaces without as much as a scratch. Whenever I take it out of my pocket to snap a photo, I invariable get admiring comments from those nearby. People just can't believe how compact and well-designed this camera looks. There is a removable battery that you can charge with a specialized Sony chargebox which is an essential accessory. The battery life is quite good. Another feature is the ability to quickly review the last shot as well as view a dozen shots at once. The viewfinder/screen is larger than many other cameras twice the size of this camera. When my wife purchased this camera, it was priced at over $340. The price has come down over the past few years. I also have a quite good Olympus Digital Camera and a Kodak but they never come out of their camera cases since my Sony DSC-T70 is such a favorite. Bravo, Sony. And watch out 007, I've got you in my sights.
