Pros: nice-looking, light weight
Cons: ID3 tag display support weak
The Bottom Line: Maybe you should wait until Sony catches up with MP3 standards.

I bought this unit primarily for its ability to display ID3 tags. It doesn't do that. I'm running iTunes 3 on my iMac under OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) to burn my MP3 CDs. There are many versions of ID3 tags for MP3 files. This CD player supports only version 1.1. According to iTunes there are 4 or 5 versions newer than that.
Sound quality not that great. It squeeked a lot when I first used it.
No auto accessories were included. The tape power adapters Sony recommends so you can use it in a car cost me an extra $25 and a trip to Best Buy.
Lightweight headphones were included. Since I bought this for car use I will not be using them much.
