It's a love hate situation

Okay here's the deal. I received this product as a gift from my friend. I love the fact that you can store over 24 radio stations and the fact that it even has a radio on it. I love how it is virtually unskippable. I love the resume contol and all the little features like shuffle. Unfortunatly there is a big defect in it. The headphone jak. After about a mopnth or so the jack wairs down and you can't listen to it anymore. I know it's a defect because I had to take one back for the same problem. Now i have the same problem with the new D-F411. The jack is wair ing down only after a month. I love how it works and everything, It is just I wish Sony would recall them, fix them, and make it so the jack is no longer a problem.
