I bought this product mainly because it integrated a radio tuner with a good quality CD player. This CD player works great, I can hardly ever get it to skip (with ESP on), I'll shake it like a madman and it keeps playing the music like it was just sitting on my desk. Without the ESP, you get supposedly 22 hours of battery life, but if you walk with it, you get some static and it skips easily, so i suggest just leaving the ESP on(which can be done by the press of a button) unless you are just sitting down and not really moving around. The radio can be turned on with the touch of a button, and off as well, you can move between 6 presets easily but to get the others you need to press a button first.
If there were 1 thing bad I had to say about this excellent quality CD player, it would be about its size. Yea, I can get it to fit into my coat pocket, but I think it is a little too thick. The width and length are fine, but Sony should have made it a bit thinner.
